Inclusive Leisure Centers – Beer Sheva & Rishon LeZion
Children with and without disabilities—and their families—come together in a shared space of play, growth, and connection
Inclusive Leisure centers
Tsad Kadima’s Centers serves as a “second home” for young children (ages 6 months–6 years) with complex disabilities, especially during a time when the region has been deeply affected by war and trauma.
In response to a significant gap in after-school care, Tsad Kadima responded to a need and together with parents developed an Inclusive Afternoon Support Program that brings together children with and without disabilities, alongside their parents, in a shared, structured, and nurturing environment. The program runs weekly throughout the school year and offers engaging, developmentally appropriate activities such as games, storytelling, arts and crafts, and guided parent-child interaction.

In memory of the Kapshiter family
Just before the war, the Kapshiter family was deeply involved in our Afternoon Support Program. Eitan’s mother, Dina, helped lead and establish it, and Eitan participated in the activities. Tragically, Eitan z”l, his parents Dina and Yevgeni, and his sister Aline were killed on October 7, 2023. The program in Beer Sheva now honors their memory, carrying forward their spirit of integration, resilience and awareness. It stands as a model of how shared experiences can build understanding, reduce isolation, and strengthen belonging for children and parents alike.
